Community Reinvestment Act Public File

The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), enacted in 1977 establishes a framework and criteria by which the FDIC assesses the Bank’s record of responding to the credit needs of its entire community, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with the safe and sound operations of the Bank. The Bank’s performance in meeting the CRA criteria is taken into consideration when the FDIC evaluates an application for a deposit facility for the Bank.

The Dime Bank’s most recent CRA Performance Evaluation completed by the FDIC resulted in an Outstanding rating.
