No purchase, transaction, or The Dime Bank financial account relationship required to enter or win.  A purchase, transaction, or The Dime Bank financial account will not improve participants’ chances of winning. Participation constitutes the Participant’s agreement and acceptance of these rules. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility: This drawing is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia, who, as of the date of entry, are at least 18 years of age. Void outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Participants do not need to be customers of The Dime Bank. The winner must be able to personally pick up their prize at one of The Dime Bank branches during regular business hours within one month of winning the prize, or it will not be awarded. Acceptance of a prize by the winner constitutes permission for The Dime Bank to use the winner’s name and photographic images for public relations and promotional purposes. The winners will be contacted directly by the phone number provided. The winner(s) may not appoint substitute winner(s) or assign the prize to anyone else. The Dime Bank reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All prizes may not be awarded. The Dime Bank reserves the right to discontinue The Dime Bank's 120th Anniversary Drawing or change the terms of The Dime Bank's 120th Anniversary Drawing at any time. No responsibility is assumed for limitations or unavailability of prize.

Who Cannot Participate: The Dime Bank employees, directors, and their immediate family members (defined for this sweepstakes as: parents, siblings, spouse, children, and any member living in the employee or director household) are not eligible to win. 

How to Enter: Visit any of The Dime Bank's branch location anytime between December 1st to December 31st to fill out an entry form for the drawing with a Dime Bank Universal Banker. The entry form must include the name and phone number of the entrant. One entry per person. Multiple entries are prohibited. Entry forms are available at any of The Dime Bank branch locations.  Fill out your first and last name, phone number, and email address. Information submitted on an entry form will be handled in accordance with The Dime Bank’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.thedimebank.com/privacy-policy. Winners will be drawn the first week of January 2026. The winner will be contacted directly by the phone number provided.

 

Limit one entry per individual across all branch locations. A maximum of one prize will be awarded per person.

Carbondale Branch

Each branch will select one winner from its individual submissions, resulting in one winner per branch. Winners will be chosen through a random drawing from all eligible entries.

Winners will be contacted by telephone during the first week of January 2026 using the phone number provided on their entry.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No responsibility is assumed for limitations or unavailability of the prize.

Limitation and Liability of Release: The Dime Bank and The Dime Bank employees, officers, and directors assume no responsibility or liability for, and all entrants agree to release and hold them harmless from and against, any damages, injuries, losses, claims or causes of action of any kind arising from participation in this drawing, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related event. No responsibility is assumed for limitations or unavailability of prize. Winners are responsible for taxes and other costs such as travel to The Dime Bank branch to obtain the prize. Decisions of The Dime Bank, its agents, or employees in interpretation of these rules are final. All federal, state, and local laws apply, including information reporting requirements for federal income taxation of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any promotional materials, and terms and conditions stated in the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Official Rules will be available at all The Dime Bank branch locations from December 1st to December 31st. With your request you need to give your first and last name, physical and mailing address, phone number, and email address. The Dime Bank reserves the right to discontinue this drawing or change the terms of this drawing at any time.
